Terms & Conditions

These terms & conditions apply to domestic and commercial clients. In using our services you redeemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update terms & conditions at any time without notice to you.

 

Payment Terms

Unless agreed otherwise in advance, payment is due immediately on completion of any works. Payment can be made via cash, card or BACS

 

Deposit Policy

The customer will be required to pay a deposit for any works greater than £500.00 Deposits are payable on booking in the work.

 

Cancellation Policy 

All cancellations must be in writing either by post or electronic mail and delivered to the person named below this must be done 48 hours before commencement of any work.

Residential Clients

By using our service you agree to pay the full amount on completion of works. However, if the customer provides improper details and information then Skyvac Services has the right to amend any previous evaluations and may increase the price originally quoted for.

In the event that one of our technicians discover an issue during the works which will require significantly increased labour time or different parts or materiel than originally quoted, a re-quotation will be provided to the customer.

 

Commercial Clients

By using our service you agree to pay the full amount on completion of works. However, if the customer provides improper details and information then Skyvac Services has the right to amend any previous evaluations and may increase the price originally quoted for.

On large scale commercial work which requires different stages to complete, invoices will be sent to the customer at the completion of each stage.

These payment terms will be agreed with the customer before the commencement date.

 

Access to Property

The customer agrees to allow our technicians access to the property during the allotted job time. If the customer is not going to be there at the property during this time arrangements should be made to ensure our technicians still have access and these should be detailed to us at the time of booking.

 

Appointment Times

Skyvac Services will provide the Customer with an estimated time slot in which our technicians will arrive at the property. Skyvac strives to keep to these appointment times, but factors beyond our control such as heavy traffic or road works may result in our technicians arriving later than there estimated arrival time.

 

Pressure Washing

Access to water supply from the customer’s property is required

Please have all windows and doors shut tightly.

Please ensure you shut off all outside electrical outlets and fixtures at breaker box prior to arrival.

Please have all pet’s inside before and during cleaning.

Please clear the work areas of all items and remove all sensitive materials from the areas being such as flags, doormats & vehicles.

Client understands oil, solvent, paint and cement stains may not be completely removed in all cases.

Client understands pressure washing can loosen or remove new, unsound, broken, damaged or perished surfaces, pointing, blocks, paving stones and insecure brickwork. In all cases, any reinstatement will be the customer's responsibility.

 

Soft Wash Roof Cleaning

Access to water supply from the customer’s property is required

Please ensure you shut off all outside electrical outlets and fixtures at breaker box prior to arrival.

Please have all pet’s inside before and during cleaning.

Please clear the work areas of all items and remove all sensitive materials from the areas being such as flag, doormats & vehicles.

Oil, solvent, paint and cement stains may not be completely removed in all cases.

When Skyvac Services completes a roof cleaning service, the client understands that any blemish or flaw any oxidation will be more noticeable after cleaning.

The Client understands that the roof will show results of cleaning but it may take more time to completely remove the dead growths. This happens due to many factors such as roof, type of tile, location and the amount of build-up. It is understood that there are some light brown areas that remain after treatment. These light brown areas are dead algae which before treatment were black streaks. If this occurs, the client understands it will take some time for the dead algae to come off with the assistance of natural elements such as sun exposure and rain.
